Moto Lounge physical shop is closing and that might have come as a surprise just before the season. So this blog explains why the change is happening and provides the answers to all the questions you might have!
Why the change?
Moto Lounge was created by Raimonda with the big vision and the goal to create a space for women riders that they never had before. A place, where we are the priority! Where we are seen, taken seriously, heard and always able to find the perfect motorcycle gear fit - the one that we like, want and - quite frankly - deserve!
For the last four years, the Moto Lounge team has been working very hard to sustain and develop Moto Lounge into a stable brand that can continue making the lives of women riders better. However, despite trying various strategies, it is not profitable enough to be run as a full-time business.
Therefore, the decision was taken to scale down operations and try a different approach focusing on the online shop.
What does that mean?
It means that from March, Moto Lounge physical shop will be closed and turned into the Showroom, which will be open only 1-2 days per month, and the focus will be shifted to developing the online store to give you the best shopping experience there.
This change will also allow Raimonda to pursue some personal adventures that she is embarking on with my family for 2025 - the allocation to Iceland for a year.
With that said, we want to THANK YOU for your support so far and encourage you to stay with us on this journey! The near time will show where the road goes - we hope it takes us to further adventures!

🏍️ Can I still see and try on the clothes you sell?
Absolutely! While our physical shop will be closed, it will still function as a showroom for the 2025 season. However, it will only be open 1–2 days per month (you can always check the updated opening times on our website here). Although we won’t stock as many products as before, you’ll still be able to try most of the models, and we’ll happily help you find the perfect fit.

🏍️ I have a gift card. What happens now that the physical shop is closing?
No worries! Our gift cards can be used both online and in the physical shop. You don’t need to do anything specific. You can continue to use your gift card when shopping on our webshop or visiting the showroom.

Of course! Your experience is still our top priority and we, as always, aim to provide the best customer service. While there may be some adjustments - like changes to our response time or phone availability - we’ll do our best to offer guidance and support whenever you need it. 🏍️ Your stock availability online is quite low at the moment. Will products be available again?
Yes! Most products are currently in production to get ready for the new season and will soon be available again on our webshop. However, some models will be discontinued or replaced. If you’re looking for something from our current collection and your size is still available, we recommend purchasing it from our in-shop stock before it’s sold out.

Although Raimonda is moving away from Denmark for a year in 2025, she will continue managing Moto Lounge from abroad.
