RETURN PROCCES

We are sorry to hear it was not your perfect fit - here is how to make a return in a few easy steps. 

1. Read the rules below and familiarize yourself with the return & refund policy.

You can return your item within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Within the first 14 days, we'll also refund your original standard shipping cost - that's your statutory right under EU consumer law.

 

Exchanges are not available - please place a new order for a different size.

 

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless it's a warranty case (must be pre-approved by us).

 

For Denmark & Sweden, you can buy a return label (59 kr.) via our returns portal or arrange your own shipping.


For international orders, you must handle the return with your preferred carrier.


Packages must be sent directly to our address - we do not collect from parcel lockers or post offices.


You are responsible for any damage during return shipping if the package is not properly packed.

You can return the product within 30 days from receiving your order (with the exception of underwear items which, in accordance with EU hygiene regulations, are nonreturnable).

Return Process for online orders:

For an easy and convenient return process, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item(s).

Make sure the items you are about to return are unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags, packaging etc. If not, we cannot guarantee the return or may need to charge a fee for repacking.

2. Register your return.

For orders in Denmark and Sweden: Register your return via our return portal - you can find the links to the portal below on this page..

In the return portal you will be able to request a refund for the product. You will also be able to purchase a return label directly. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return shipment with your preferred shipping provider. If you choose to do so, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service - and please use a carrier that requires a signature or confirmed handover upon delivery, not one that leaves parcels unattended (such as DAO in Denmark). Our location is not always staffed, and parcels left outside without confirmed delivery cannot be guaranteed to reach us. If we don't receive your return, we're unable to process a refund. The customer is responsible for the correct delivery of the returned packages and Moto Lounge takes no responsibility if returns are not received.

International orders: Register your return using the international return form located on the bottom of this page.

We do not offer return labels for international orders, so you will need to arrange your own return shipment with your preferred shipping provider. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. The customer is responsible for the correct delivery of the returned packages and Moto Lounge takes no responsibility if returns are not received.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s) we will process your return within 7 working days. You will receive an automatic email when your order is amended or refunded. Please note that, depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reach your account.

Our physical shop / showroom is now permanently closed.

Items purchased at any of our physical venues - including pop-ups, showrooms, or events - cannot be refunded. You can however exchange the item to a product we have in our stock, or receive a store credit voucher within 30 days of purchase, unless advertised differently. 

If you bought a pre-order item at a physical venue (a standard product or size that wasn't available to try at the time of purchase and had to be ordered from our supplier), the same rules apply - exchange or store credit within 30 days, no refund.

Final sale items are not exchangeable and refundable. 

Special orders for tailored or customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
