We are sorry to hear it was not your perfect fit - here is how to make a return in a few easy steps.

You can return your item within 30 days for a refund. Exchanges are not available - please place a new order for a different size.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless it's a warranty case (must be pre-approved by us).

For Denmark & Sweden, you can buy a return label (59 kr.) via our returns portal or arrange your own shipping.

For international orders, you must handle the return with your preferred carrier.

Packages must be sent directly to our address - we do not collect from parcel lockers or post offices.

You are responsible for any damage during return shipping if the package is not properly packed.

You can return the product within 30 days from receiving your order (with the exception of underwear items which, in accordance with EU hygiene regulations, are nonreturnable).

Return Process for online orders:

You can either deliver the product in person, or send it back to us. For an easy and convenient return process, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item(s).

Make sure the items you are about to return are unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags, packaging etc. If not, we cannot guarantee the return or may need to charge a fee for repacking.

2. Register your return.

For orders in Denmark and Sweden: Register your return via our return portal - you can find the links to the portal below on this page.

In the return portal you will be able to request an exchange or the return for the product. You will also be able to purchase the return label directly. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return shipment with your preferred shipping provider. If you choose to do so, we recommend sending your return with the tracked delivery, so that the package can be followed. The customer is responsible for the correct delivery of the returned packages and Moto Lounge takes no responsibility if the returns are not received.

International orders: Register your return using the international return form located on the bottom of this page.

We do not offer return labels for international orders, so you will need to arrange your own return shipment with your preferred shipping provider. We strongly recommend sending your return with the tracked delivery, so that the package can be followed. The customer is responsible for the correct delivery of the returned packages and Moto Lounge takes no responsibility if the returns are not received.

3. Send your return or bring it to the Moto Lounge.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item/s we will process your return accordingly within 7 working days. If we have any questions or need some additional information we will get in touch with you. Otherwise, you will receive an automatic email when your order is amended or refunded. Please be informed that, depending on your payment provider, it might take up to 10 days for the refund to reach your account.

All in-shop exchange cases are handled in our store (showroom) on Funen, so you need to bring your purchase to us within shop opening hours.
