E-commerce and Customer Service Intern

Moto Lounge is looking for an E-commerce and Customer Service Intern.

About us:

Moto Lounge is a recently established startup company that sells motorcycle apparel for women. We are incredibly passionate about spreading the message that women who ride motorcycles can find their perfect motorcycle fit regardless of age, size, or style, and they can do this without compromising safety or comfort. 

We are seeking an E-commerce and Customer Service Intern who can envision themselves in a smaller company, with a fast-paced environment. Someone who would love to peek behind the scenes of a start-up e-commerce and where your ideas and input will be highly valued. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • General support in all sales processes for customers and colleagues
  • Preparation and handling of sales orders
  • Registration of product samples, customer complaints, and other customer inquiries in CRM
  • Updating and developing the webshop
  • Optimizing website performance e.g optimizing user experience, increasing KPI’s such as average value order, the conversion rate, etc. 
  • Supporting and executing marketing initiatives
  • Handling phone calls, live chat inquiries, and emails as a customer service representative
  • Ad-hoc tasks for business development and personal growth in a rapidly growing e-commerce

The most important thing for Moto Lounge is that our customers have a good experience when interacting with our company, and therefore, we are seeking an intern with the following qualifications:

  • Student within e-commerce, administration, support, web, marketing, or related fields
  • Fluent in English and Danish
  • A passionate customer service heart
  • Natural drive for optimization, structuring, and optimal processes
  • Responsible and deadline-oriented
  • Experience with Shopify is an advantage but not a requirement

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries via phone, email, web, and other channels
  • Handling customer orders
  • Actively participating in ongoing improvement plans and process optimization of the Moto Lounge webshop
  • Formulating support articles to address common questions and inquiries
  • Investigating user needs for platform improvements and formulating solutions
  • Receiving feedback and translating it into constructive solutions

Practical information:

  • Start date: As soon as possible, but no later than Februar 01, 2025
  • Duration: 3-5 months depending on your studies
  • Location: Grønnegyde 2, 5863 Ferritslev Fyn
  • Working hours: Full-time or part-time, with the possibility of remote work
