How much does the shipping cost?

Our aim is to create a convenient shopping experience for you, so you have a possibility to choose your shipping option during the check-out process. The pricing will be indicated at the check-out step.

Being a small business we yet cannot provide a completely free shipping for every purchase, but we are happy to cover the delivery costs if you shop for more than 1950 DKK. Meaning free shipping in Denmark on orders over 1950 DKK will be applied at the check-out.

Delivery of orders outside DK will incur freight costs equal to the amount of the cost of sending packages. This also applies to Greenland and Faroe Islands.


How does your order travel from the Moto Lounge to you?

We use various delivery providers to ensure the best delivery time and price for your order. Delivery of packages in DK is done by Dao, Bring, GLS, PostNord. Delivery date is expected to be 3 - 6 business days. Longer delivery time may apply for special requests and orders. We of course aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible! When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a "Track and Trace" number, so you can follow your package.

Delivering of packages outside of DK will be done by GLS or PostDanmark/ PostNord. Arrangements for shipment (price and delivering method) will be made before the order is finalised and shipped out.


Are you not happy with your purchase?

We are truly sorry to hear that! But we also understand that things might go wrong and we always want to ensure your satisfaction with shopping at Moto Lounge.

You can return items that you are not happy with within 30 days from the purchase date. When returning your purchase, please enclose a copy of your order confirmation and a standard return form which was sent to you with your order. However, please inform us first prior to the return. Please note that Moto Lounge is not responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes left to be paid.

If you wish to return your purchase, the item must be returned to: Grønnegyde 2, 5863 Ferritslev Fyn, Denmark

You can either deliver the product in person, or send it back. For the easy and convenient process, please follow these steps:

  • Let us know that you want to return an item.
  • Complete the returns form which was sent to your with your order and place it together with your return.
  • Please remember, that all items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags, packaging and all extras what has been included. If not, we cannot guarantee the return or we at least will need to charge you a fee from your refund for re-stocking.
  • Bring your return to our Moto Lounge show-room during the working hours or send it back to us. If you do so, please remember to provide us with a tracking number of your return.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item/s we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email or phone along the way.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to reach your account (Shipping costs are not refundable).


Same process and return conditions apply for international order returns. However, please allow up to 7-14 working days for your refund to reach your account (Shipping costs are not refundable).

Moto Lounge operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order. Contact your local customs authority for more information.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Moto Lounge due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.
